How to Add/Modify Semestered Staffing Assignments (Depending on School Board)
This screen is used to load, publish, submit & apply staffing assignments. Refer to the Staffing Process Overview User Guide which can be found by searching by “Index” for keyword “Staffing Process Overview” in the K212 HRP Help Menu.
Use the following steps to Add/Modify/Apply Semestered Year Staffing Assignments:
1. Click on Staffing
2. Click on Staffing Process
3. Click on Semestered Staffing Assignment Maintenance

4. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

5. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

6. Select a current Staffing Category to modify or Select New at the top of the menu screen to add a new record

7. Select a Staffing Category value
8. Enter a Load Year value
9. Enter a Apply Year value
10. Right-click the grey grid below the Employee ID column and Select New Record to add an assignment for an employee

11. Enter in any other relevant information on the grid.(All fields are Mandatory) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)
12. Click the Save button to save your changes
