How to Run a CEIC List Report
This process creates the EIC file which is sent to the CEIC offices along with the tape transmission slip to be used in the Automated Earnings Reporting System. It also generates a report (the CEIC Data Report) a text (.txt) file. The .txt file generated is loaded to an HRDC website and the information is used to match against the claimants’ reported earnings.
Use the following steps to Run a CEIC List Report:
1. Click on Payroll
2. Click on Reporting Menu
3. Click on Annual Reports
4. Click on CEIC List

5. Select an EI Start Date value
6. Select an EI End Date value
7. Click on the Submit button to generate the report
