How to View Pay Period Accumulators

 

This screen is used to view all accumulators set up for individual pay periods for the selected Employee Group. Accumulators are used to maintain balances for each employee (e.g. the amount of vacation pay accumulated to date etc.). Each accumulator is identified by the identity type identity code and the code for the accumulator (if more than one accumulator).

 

Use the following steps to View Pay Period Accumulators:

 

          1. Click on Payroll

          2. Click on Group Data

          3. Click on Pay Period Accumulator Query

          

          

          

          

          4. Enter a Search parameter, such as Employee Group (If applicable)

                    To View ALL Employee's, Simply click the Find button, with no parameters entered.

          5. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.
