How to View Cashed or Un-Cashed Cheques

 

This function is used to record the dates that the cheques issued to Employees have been cashed. This is similar to a bank reconciliation function. This screen automatically displays a list of all un-cashed cheques on the system. You have the option of entering the Cashed Date.

 

Use the following steps to View Cashed or Un-Chased Cheques:

 

          1. Click on Payroll

          2. Click on Cheque Process

          3. Click on Cashed Cheques

          

          

          

 

          4. Select an Employee ID to modify

          5. Enter a Cashed Date value

          6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
