How to Add/Modify Pension Adjustment Overrides
This screen is used to enter (or overtype) the Pension Adjustment (PA) override amount directly and to optionally calculate the PA Override amount.
Use the following steps to Add/Modify Pension Adjustment Overrides:
1. Click on Payroll
2. Click on Pay Process
3. Click on PA Calculator

4. Enter an Employee ID to modify
5. Enter a Year value
6. Select an Employee Group Code value
7. Select a Pension value
8. Enter a New Override value
9. Select a Create PA Override record using new value? value (i.e Yes)
10. Select an Employee ID to modify
11. Click the Save button to save your changes.
