How to Generate a HRIS File for OTIP

The Generate HRIS File will produce reports and transmission files to be sent to OTIP. This process is only used with OTIP.

Please see the OTIP Overview guide in the General Help folder to ensure you have set up the necessary configuration, prior to running these reports.

Use the following steps to Generate a HRIS File for OTIP

          1. Click on Benefits

          2. Click on Imports and Exports

          3. Click on Generate HRIS File

          4. Select a File Type value

          5. Select a Changes Only? value

          6. Select an As of Date value

          7. Click on the Submit button to generate the report file.
