Use the following steps to search for an email:
1. Click on the User Account button at the top right corner of the application and select Emails.

2. If applicable, enter information regarding To Whom, Subject or Body of the email in the Search Mail.

3. If applicable, click on the calendar icons to enter the Date From and Date To dates.
4. If applicable, click on the Application Module drop-down menu to select an option.
5. If applicable, click on the Originator drop-down menu to select the originator of the email being searched.
6. If applicable, in the Internal/External section, select one of the following radio buttons: All, Internal or External.
7. If applicable, in the Status section, select or deselect any of the following selection boxes: Draft, Submitted, In Progress, Sent, Unknown, and/or Failed.
8. Click on the Search button.
