How to Generate an Invoice Report
Use the following steps to generate an Invoice Report:
1. Click on the Business tab, click Invoice, and select Invoice Report.
2. If applicable, in the Vendor Number section, enter the numbers in the From and/or To or click on the Search icon to search for a Vendor.

3. If applicable, in the Invoice Number section, enter the numbers in the From and/or To fields.
4. If applicable, in the Batch- Year/Period section, click on the From and/or To drop-down menus to select the year and period to search between.
5. If applicable, in the Purchase Order section, enter the numbers in the From and/or To fields or click on the Search icon to search for a PO.

6. If applicable, in the Authorization Number section, enter the numbers in the From and/or To fields or click on the Search icon to search for an Authorization.

7. If applicable, click on the Batch Code drop-down menu to select an option.
8. If applicable, click on the Vendor Type drop-down menu to select an option.
9. If applicable, in the Status section, select any of the following selection boxes: Partial Pay, Paid in Full, Incl. In Payrun, Over Budget, Unpaid, and/or Hide Status Column.
Note: If the Unpaid selection box is selected, the As At selection box and the date field will become available to select.

10. If applicable, click on the Subtotal On drop-down menu to select an option.
11. If applicable, in the Report Layout section, select the 2 Lines Per Record (selected by default) or 1 Line Per Record radio button.
12. If applicable, click on the Suppress Section Headers and Footers selection box.
13. Click on the Generate Report button or click on the Clear All button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values.

14. To download the report in an Excel, PDF or Word file format select the corresponding option and click the Export button.
Note: All exported file types have the Save (Download) or Print options.

15. Click on the Back button to return to the Invoice Report screen.
