Starting the K212 Finance Application

To start the K212 Application, you need to:

•Start up computer system

•Start Web Browser

•Enter K212 Finance Application URL

•Signing in to K212 Finance Application

Start Web Browser

The K212 Finance Application is compatible with the following web browsers:

•Chrome

•Internet Explorer

•Firefox

•Safari

Enter URL

To access the K212 Finance Application, a specific URL will be provided to the user by the Board. If this has not been provided, please contact your administrator.

Signing In

To sign in to the K212 Finance Application, enter the User Name and Password and click on the Sign in button below.

If Sign in is successful, the Welcome to K212 Finance dialog box will appear. Based on the security access provided, certain credentials will be available to change if necessary.

The following fields are displayed:

•User- This field is read-only and displays the current user that is signed into the K212 Finance Application.

•Location- This field is used to displays the last location the user was signed in to. Based on user security, this field may be editable. If applicable, use the drop-down menu to select a different location from the list.

•Fiscal Year- This field displays the current fiscal year. Based on the user security, this field may be editable. If applicable, use the drop-down menu to select a different fiscal year from the list.

Click on the Continue button when all fields are filled with the necessary information.

Note: If the application is inactive for more than an hour, a message box will display with a warning that the session will expire in 5 minutes, if there is no activity. To keep the session active, click on the Continue button.
