How to Generate a PO Report By G/L
Use the following steps to generate a Purchase Order (PO) Report by G/L:
1. Click on the Business tab, click Purchasing, and select PO Report By G/L.
2. In the Account Structure Grid, select as many or as few Element Names by clicking directly on them. This will move the selected element name into the Search Order grid.
Note: The Element Name will be arranged in the order to which they have been selected and will search in that particular order.
To remove an Element Name from the Search Order grid click directly on them.

3. If applicable, in the PO Status, Type and Miscellaneous section, select one of the three radio buttons in each line. The Any radio button is selected by default in each line.

4. If applicable, in the PO Year/Period section, click on the From and/or To drop-down menus to select the year and period to search between.
5. If applicable, select any of the following selection boxes: As At, Use Dictionary and/or Summarize Line Items.
Note: If the As At selection box is selected, the Summarize Line Items selection box automatically becomes selected.
6. Click on the Generate Report button.

7. To download the report in an Excel, PDF or Word file format select the corresponding option and click the Export button.
Note: All exported file types have the Save (Download) or Print options.

17. Click on the Back button to return to the Purchase Order Report by G/L screen.
