How to Use Export To Feature

The Export To feature is an important feature in the K212 Finance application and is available in most of the modules landing pages. It allows the user to save information in a file outside of the application. The user can then review this information at any time, without having the application open. The data can be exported as an Excel, CSV or PDF file. The export data feature also allows the user to be able to print the exported data.

For modules that include the Export to drop-down menu option, it will be located on the top left hand side of the grid.

Use the following steps to Export data:

1. Click on the Export to drop-down menu and select a file type.

Note: Based on the module and data only, certain file types will be available to select.

2. Click on the file in the bottom left corner to view.

Note: All file types allow the Save (Download) or Print option.
