Once the Commodity Codes are defined, the Commodity Code G/L function allows an optional default General Ledger Account to be added, for the purposes of GL accuracy in reporting and the Shopping Cart.
Commodity Code G/L Defaults Add is responsible for collecting the different variations of Location Codes and GL Account Codes. The combination of the three codes must be unique.
Commodity Code G/L Defaults Management provides the necessary create/modify/activate/deactivate/delete & print actions.
