How to Sign Out a User

 

Use the following steps to sign a user out:

 

1. Click on the System tab, click Security, and select User Management.

 

Note: When accessing the User Management screen, all active users will be auto-populated and displayed in the grid. If necessary, perform a user search. For step by step instructions, refer to How to Search for a User for more information on this process. 

 

2. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding user and select Sign Out.

 

Note: Use the Online column to verify if the user is online before signing them out. Otherwise no changes will be made when Sign out is selected.

 

 

3. The user will be signed out and the Online column for the corresponding user will change to No.
