How to Search for a Commodity Code

If a commodity code does not automatically display in the grid on the Commodity Code Management screen, use the search options to refine the search.

Use the following steps to search for a commodity code:

1. Click on the System tab, click Code Management, and select Commodity Code.

2. If applicable, enter the Commodity Code or the Description. If a commodity code is entered, the Description field will prefill and if a description is entered, the Commodity Code field will prefill.

3. Click on the Search button. All related results will display in the grid.
