System Configuration

The System Configuration tab has the following options:

Use the following steps to edit the system configuration settings:

1. Click on the System tab, click Settings, and select System. The System Configuration tab will be selected by default.

2. Click on the Edit button to make fields available.

3. If applicable, click on the Ad Context Type drop-down menu to update the option.

4. If applicable, enter or update any of the following fields: AD Name, AD Netbios Name, AD Container Name, AD User Name and/or AD User Password.

5. If applicable, update the AD User Group Name.

6. If applicable, enter or update the AD Location Attribute Name.

7. If applicable, update the STMP Server Name and/or STMP Port Number.

8. If applicable, enter or update the STMP User Name and/or STMP Password.

9. If applicable, select or deselect the Enable SSL for STMP selection box.

10. If applicable, update the Internal Email Sender Email Address and/or External Email Sender Email Address (General).

11. If applicable, enter or update any of the following fields: National Prefix., International Prefix and/or Pause String.

12. If applicable, enter or update External Email Sender Email Address (EFT Notification) and/or TCA License.

13. If applicable, select or deselect any of the following fields: Encrypt AppSetting.config and/or Encrypt ConnectionStrings.config.

14. Enter a note in the New Note field.

Note: Notes entered in this field will be saved and may be viewed in the Notes History section and are read-only.

15. Click on the Save button to confirm the changes, or click on the Undo button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values.
