Notifications

 

Notifications are updates regarding the activity being performed within the K212 Application. Depending on the user security settings, the notifications can provide information regarding activities performed through the application. It can be by that individual only, or can include activities from other users as well (i.e. the creation of Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Approvals etc.).

 

Users can access their notifications at any time in the application by clicking on the Notifications icon, in the top right corner. If there are notifications, the icon is displayed with a number which indicates how many notifications are present. Otherwise, the icon will display no number, meaning no current notifications.

To view a Notification, click on the Notifications icon and select the date. A drop-down of all notifications and general information regarding each notification will display. To get more information, click on a specific notification. Based on the notification type, an associated screen will be displayed (i.e. Requisition approvals opens the Requisition Review screen).

 

To delete the notification, click on the Delete icon or click on the Dismiss All button to clear all notifications.

 

Note: Notifications will expire automatically after one week (7 days). An email will be sent to the user to advise them of the notifications expiration.
