French Card
To access the French Card, choose Reports, French Card. Here you can print Hours of Instruction and other French Hour related topics such as Total Number of hours given in subjects other then French. Below is a sample print-out showing what areas are printed. You can choose from current or past students.
The user enters information by accessing the student’s record, and then clicking the History tab. From there, click Edit and then French Card History tab. When adding or editing an entry, there is a location to enter the French hours of instruction.
Surname is taken from the Surname field in Maplewood
Legal Surname is taken from the Legal Surname field
Given Name is taken from the Given name field
Second Given Name is the first name that appears in the middle name field in Maplewood
Initial is the first initial (if applicable) of the second name that appears in the Middle name field
Note: if more than one name appears in the Given name field in Maplewood, all names will appear on the printout as the First Given Name (there is no parsing of names in this field)
Aboriginal Language Card
To print the Aboriginal Language Card, choose Reports, Aboriginal Language Card. Here you can print Hours of Instruction and other related topics. You can choose from current or past students.
Enter information by accessing the student’s record, and then clicking the History tab. From there, click Edit and then French Card History tab. When adding or editing an entry, there is a location to enter the Aboriginal hours.
