Assign All Of A Field may be helpful when the same field entry (i.e., same item of information) needs to be made for many students. It may be helpful also when a field needs to be replaced or exchanged with another field for many students. A field is an item of information that is recorded for the students in the Maplewood system. You may want to use this option during the initial entry of data for the school. This option can also be used to change the location of certain student information. To assign all of a field choose Students, Assign All of a Field.
