Prior to recording the individual Aboriginal information for a student, the school should set up the custom tables that are tied to the fields in the student record. It is recommended that the school set up the tables in the order which they appear on the menu screen (and in the order listed below).
To edit a Native entry in an enrolment table choose Students, Custom Fields/Tables, Aboriginal, select one of the following options and click Edit. If you are adding a new item, click Add. To print a copy of the list of items, click the Print button.
Note: When the user opens a table, the program will select (highlight) the first item on the table. Without using the search menu, the user can enter e.g. "S" and the focus will move to the first item starting with "S".
Once you have finished setting up these fields, you can assign these fields to students: Choose Students, Student Records, Current Students, (select students), Enrolment tab, click the Edit button and then click the Native tab.
