Getting Help

Online Help is available in the K212 Finance application to assist users with the overall functionality of the application, as well as, within the menu and/or screen specific functionality. Online Help can be accessed by clicking the Help icon at the top right corner of the Dashboard screen, or any other screen in the application.

The Online help is topic oriented and contains two sections: Business topics and System topics.

To expand a topic and see subtopics, click on the plus symbol beside that specific topic.

To collapse a topic, click on the minus symbol beside that specific topic.

All topics are listed alphabetically.

For a more refined search in the Online Help files, click on the Search tab, and type in a word(s) to search within the Online Help.

Note: The search is not case sensitive.

Matches related to the search criteria entered will display, below. Click on any of the topics that best matches the search criteria. All words that match the search criteria will be highlighted in yellow.
