How to Delete Multiple Batch Codes

Batch codes that have no dependencies may be deleted.  Batch codes with dependencies can only be deactivated.

Use the following steps to delete multiple batch codes:

1. Click on the Business tab, click Batch, and select Batch Code Management.

Note: When accessing the Batch Code Management screen all active batch codes will be auto-populated and displayed in the grid.  If necessary, perform a batch code search.  For step by step instructions, refer to How to Search for a Batch Code for more information on this process.

2. Select as many or as few batch codes from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside each batch code or click the check mark at the top of the grid to select all batch codes.

3. Click on the Group Actions drop- down menu and select one of the following: Delete All or Delete Selected.

4. Enter a note in the Note field.

5. Click on the OK button to confirm and finalize, or click on the Cancel button to cancel the delete process.
