How to Use Authorization Search
Use the following steps to search for an authorization:
1. If applicable, in the Created Date section, click on the calendar icon to enter the Starts and/or Ends dates.
2. In the Status section, select any of the following selection boxes: Pay Possibility (selected by default), Pay Authorization (selected by default), Preliminary Run (selected by default), Final Fun, Pay Run Reset, and/or Pay Run Canceled.
3. Click on the Search button.
4. Select an authorization from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside the Authorization #.
5. Click on the Select button.
Note: Click on the Clear All button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values or click on the Cancel button to cancel the authorization search process.
