How to Create a Requisition Delegate

 

The delegate process allows designated individuals to perform another person’s actions for a specified period of time. An individual can assign delegates as well as be a delegate for another person. Users must be set up as a Delegate to perform Requisition Review tasks on behalf of another user.

 

Use the following steps to create a requisition delegate:

 

1. Click on the Business tab, click Requisition, and select Requisition Delegates.

 

2. Click on the Create New Delegate button.

 

3. In the Add Requisition Delegate dialog box, enter the Delegate User Name.

 

 

4. In the User Role(s) section, click on the calendar icon to enter the Start Date and End Date.

 

5. Click on the Save button.

 

 

6. The new delegate will now display in the grid on the Requisition Delegates Management screen.
