How to Approve/Reject Multiple Requisitions
Use the following steps to approve/reject multiple requisitions:
1. Click on the Business tab, click Requisition, and select Requisition Review.
2. If applicable, enter the Requisition #.
3. If applicable, click on the Working On Behalf Of drop-down menu to update the user being worked on behalf of. Current user is selected by default.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. Select as many or as few requisitions from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside each requisition or click the check mark at the top of the grid to select all requisitions.

6. Click on the Group Actions drop-down menu and select Review Selected.

7. In the Requisition Inquiry screen, review the information.
Note: To see more information on the requisition, click on the View History and/or View Notes buttons.

Approve- Requisition Information is correct |
1. Click on the Approve button.
2. Enter a note in the Note field explaining the requisition approval.
Note: A message will be sent to the Originator stating the requisition has been approved. |

Reject- Requisition information is NOT correct or needs to be updated |
1. Click on the Reject button.
2. Enter a note in the Note field explaining the requisition reject.
Note: A message will be sent to the Originator stating the requisition has been rejected. |

Skip- move to the next requisition |
1. Click on the Next button. |

Go back- to a previous requisition |
1. Click on the Previous button. |
9. Repeat steps 7 through 8 until all requisitions have been approved or rejected. The system will then return to the Requisition Review screen.
Note: If a requisition is skipped, the system will return to it after all other requisitions have been approved or rejected. If the user does not want to approve or reject the requisition, click on the Cancel Queue button to return to the Requisition Review screen.
