How to Modify Multiple Stock Tender Expiry Dates

 

To ensure that stock will appear in the Shopping Cart, the stock tender expiry date for the stock items needs to be current. If the stock shows an expired tender expiry date, the stock will not be available for purchase and will not display in the Shopping Cart search.

 

Use the following steps to modify multiple stock tender expiry dates:

 

1. Click on the Business tab, click Stock, and select Stock Management.

 

2. Enter a partial or full Stock Number or click on the Search By Vendor button.

3. Click on the Search button.

 

Note: If necessary, perform an advanced search. Refer to Advanced Search for more information on this section.

 

 

4. Select as many or as few stock items from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside each stock item or click the check mark at the top of the grid to select all stock items.

 

 

5. Click on the Group Actions drop-down menu and select Modify Selected.

 

 

6. In the Please select new tender expiry date dialog box, click on the calendar icon to enter the Tender Expiry Date.

 

 

7. Enter a note in the Note field.

 

8. Click on the Accept Selection button or click on the Cancel button to cancel the new tender expiry date process.
