The ForEx Rates tab is used as a guide to provide the approximate foreign exchange rates for that day to users. Existing foreign exchange rates can be searched or deleted, and users can add new rates in this tab.
The ForEx Rates tab has the following options:

•Edit
Use the following steps to search for a foreign exchange rate:
1. Click on the System tab, click Settings, and select Accounting.
2. Click on the ForEx Rates tab.
3. If applicable, click on the Currency drop-down menu to select an option.
4. If applicable, click on the calendar icons to enter the Start Date and End Date. This will automatically deselect the Display last 2 weeks selection box below.
5. If applicable, select the Display last 2 weeks selection button. This will disable the Start Date and End Date.
6. Click on the Search button.
Use the following steps to add foreign exchange rate:
1. Click on the System tab, click Settings, and select Accounting.
2. Click on the ForEx Rates tab.
3. Click on the Edit button to make fields available.
4. Click on the Add New button.
5. In the new line, under the Date column, click on the calendar icon to change the date. The default value is the current date.
6. Enter the Rate.
Note: Click on the Delete icon to remove a line in the grid.
7. Enter a note in the New Note field.
Note: Notes entered in this field will be saved and may be viewed in the Notes History section and are read-only.
8. Click on the Save button to confirm the new bank code(s) or click on the Undo button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values.
Use the following steps to edit the foreign exchange rates:
1. Click on the System tab, click Settings, and select Accounting.
2. Click on the ForEx Rates tab.
Note: When accessing the ForEx Rates tab, all foreign exchange rates input in the last 2 weeks will displayed in the grid. If necessary, perform a search. For step by step instructions, refer to Search (above) for more information.
3. Click on the Edit button to make fields available.
4. If applicable, update the Date for any line items.
5. If applicable, update the Rate.
Note: Click on the Delete icon to remove a line in the grid.
6. Enter a note in the New Note field.
Note: Notes entered in this field will be saved and may be viewed in the Notes History section and are read-only.
7. Click on the Save button to confirm the changes, or click on the Undo button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values.
