How to Activate/Deactivate a Location Code

Use the following steps to activate or deactivate a location code:

1. Click on the System tab, click Code Management, and select Location Code.

2. If applicable, enter a Location Code.

3. If applicable, enter a Location Name.

4. Click on the Search button. All related results will display in the grid.

Note: If necessary, perform an advanced search. Refer to Advanced Search for more information on this section.

5. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding commodity code and select Activate or Deactivate.

Note: Activate action will be available when location code Status is Inactive. Deactivate action will be available when location code Status is Active.

3. Enter a note in the Note field.

          4. Click on the OK button to confirm and finalize, or click on the Cancel button to cancel the Activate or Deactivate process.
