How to Activate/Deactivate a Role
Use the following steps to activate or deactivate a role:
1. Click on the System tab, click Security, and select Role Management.
Note: When accessing the Role Management screen all active roles will be auto-populated and displayed in the grid. If necessary, perform a role search. For step by step instructions refer to How to Search for a Role for more information on this process.
2. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding role and select Activate or Deactivate.
Note: Activate action will be available when Active is Yes. Deactivate action will be available when Active is No.

3. In the Active column, the status of the role will change to No if deactivated, and Yes if activated.
