How to Modify a Report Template

 

Use the following steps to modify a report template:

 

1. Click on the System tab, click Tools, and select Form Report Management.

 

2. If applicable, click on the Form Report Type drop-down menu to select a form type. Purchase Order is selected by default. The selected form report type will display in the grid below.

 

 

3. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding report and select Modify.

 

 

5. If applicable, in the Edit Report Template dialog box, update the Name.

 

 

6. If applicable, click on the Report Path drop-down menu to select an alternative option, or click on the Cancel button to cancel the modify process.
