How to Set a Form Template as a Default
Use the following steps to set a form template as a default:
1. Click on the System tab, click Tools, and select Form Report Management.
2. If applicable, click on the Form Report Type drop-down menu to select a form type. Purchase Order is selected by default. The selected form report type will display in the grid below.

3. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding report and select Set Default.

4. In the Please Confirm dialog box, click on the OK button to confirm setting the report as default, or click on Cancel to cancel the set as default process.
