How to Search for Commodity Code G/L Defaults

If the commodity code G/L defaults do not automatically display in the grid on the Commodity Code G/L Defaults Management screen, use the search options to refine the search.

Use the following steps to search for commodity code G/L defaults:

1. Click on the System tab, click Code Management, and select Commodity Code G/L.

2. If applicable, enter the Commodity Code, or click on the Search icon to search for a commodity code.

3. If applicable, enter the Location Code, or click on the Search icon to search for a commodity code.

4. If applicable, enter the G/L Account Code, or click on the Search icon to search for a G/L Account.

5. Click on the Search button. All related results will display in the grid.
