How to Approve/Reject a Requisition
Some requisitions will need to be approved before they move into the Buyer's in Basket. Reason's for approval are: the requisition is over budget, or the amount of the requisition exceeds the amount alloted per requisition (which has been setup by each Board).
Requisitions that require approval will display in the approver's notifications.
Use the following steps to approve/reject a requisition:
1. Click on the Business tab, click Requisition, and select Requisition Review or select the requisition for approval from the Notifications icon.
Note: By clicking on a notification that requires approval, the Requisition Review screen will display.
The grid in the Requisition Review screen will display all requisitions that require approval.

1. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding requisition and select Review.
2. Proceed to Step 3. |

Requisition does NOT display in grid |
1. If applicable, enter the Requisition #.
2. If applicable, click on the Working On Behalf Of drop-down menu to update the user being worked on behalf of. Current user is selected by default.
3. Click on the Search button.
4. Click on the Action drop-down menu beside the corresponding requisition and select Review.
5. Proceed to Step 3. |

3. In the Requisition Inquiry screen, review the information.
Note: To see more information on the requisition, click on the View History and/or View Notes buttons.

1. Click on the Approve button.
2. Enter a note in the Note field explaining the requisition approval.
Note: A message will be sent to the Originator stating the requisition has been approved. |

Reject- Information is NOT correct or needs to be updated |
1. Click on the Reject button.
2. Enter a note in the Note field explaining the requisition reject.
Note: A message will be sent to the Originator stating the requisition has been rejected. |
