Offence Declaration:

This screen is used by Employees to submit their own Offence Declaration each period.

 : The Declare Convictions button will allow users to add a conviction if they have the right access.

          a. Click on New Offence to create a new offence declaration.

          b. Enter Date.

          c. Enter Court Location.

          d. Enter Conviction.

          e. If applicable, enter Comment.

 : The Declare No Convictions button will allow users to remove convictions if they have the right access.

 : The View Declarations button will show users all convictions that have been Declared for their profile.

 : The Board Policy button shows users the current policy for their School Board.

 : The Legal Agreement button shows users the current Legal policy for their school Board.

 : The Print Current Declaration button allows users to print a full copy of their current declared convictions.
