Employee Daily Entry
This screen is used by Daily Employees to enter in their daily timesheet data.
Process:
1. Click on the hyperlink under Employee Group to explore further information.
2. Click on
and select Edit to edit the employee. Select View to see more details about the employee or Delete to delete the employee.
3. Click on New to add a New Timesheet record.
4. Fill in the mandatory information such as, Work Date From, Days Worked, Portion Per Day, Work Location, Replaced Employee, GL Account Number, Supervisor to Approve. If applicable, users may also add a Comment.
5. Click Save to save the entry, Clear to clear all information in the entry or Cancel to cancel the process.
