Global Settings:

This page displays & allows you to edit:

Language Settings: English & French are both supported languages on the K212 Portal.

Email Settings: Personal email settings, including specific server name and Port number's can be set here. Also Usernames and Passwords can be edited on this tab as well.

Self-Registration Fields: Personal information for supervisor or administrator approval , such as S.I.N, First Name, Surname & Birth Date can be enabled on this tab

Welcome message: A Personal Welcome message to your employee page can be edited/modified here.

Board Logo: Schools Boards Logos can be added by simple clicking the 'Select' Button and uploading the logo to the K212 Portal.

          Note: The dimensions for the logo must be 150w X 75h (W * H). The logo is fit to frame meaning the portal will crop the image or stretch it, if it does not meet the size requirements

Note: Click Save to save your changes or click Undo to rollback all changes.
