Board Report

 

This screen is used to generate a report of Absences.

 

Note: If the report is not showing up in the browser, make sure the 'pop-up' blocker is turned off in order to view these reports.

Process:

          1. Select an Absence Status.

          2. Select a Status Date From and To.

          3. Select an Absence Date From and To.

          4. Select a radio button option for Locations and Groups; All Work Locations and Employee Groups, Work Location or Employee Group.

          5. If Work Location or Employee Group are selected, select an option from the drop-down to search for more specific results.

          6. Enter an Entered by and Approved by value.

          7. Select a Sort Order.

          8. Click Search. A new tab will open with the report detailing the Absences according to your search criteria.
