The students who will be attending your school next year can be added at any time by choosing Students, Add New Students.
Transfer students to your computer

If the elementary schools who send students to your secondary school are using the Maplewood Elementary System, they can copy the potential graduating students to a disk which can be sent to your school. Your school can copy the information on the students stored on the disk into your school's computer. This saves the time required to enter these students manually.
All the students who are transferred into your Maplewood system are automatically assigned student letters appropriate for your school. The enrolment status should be Next year only. The desired enrolment status and date of entry to this school/secondary school is entered before the transfer starts. Since the elementary schools cannot enter choices, you must enter the choices for these students.
