How to Use PO Search

 

Use the following steps to search for a Purchase Order:

 

1. If applicable, enter the PO Number, Req Number, Vendor Number and/or Vendor Name and if needed, use the wild card search button. 

 

Note: Refer to Wild Card Search Fields for more information on how to use this feature.

 

 

2. If applicable, click on the PO Year/Period drop-down menu to select an option.

 

3. If applicable, click on the calendar icon to enter the Issue Date.

 

4. If applicable, in the PO Status, Type and Miscellaneous section, select one of the three radio buttons in each line. The Any radio button is selected by default in each line.

 

5. Click on the Search button.

 

6. Select a PO from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside the PO #.

 

 

7. Click on the Select button.

 

Note: Click on the Clear All button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values, or click on the Cancel button to cancel the PO search process.
