How to Clear Multiple Over Budget Requisitions
Use the following steps to clear multiple over budget requisitions:
1. Click on the Business tab, click Requisition, and select Requisition Management.
2. If applicable, enter the Requisition Number.
3. Click on the Search button.
Note: If necessary, perform an advanced search. Refer to Advanced Search for more information on this section.
In the Advanced Search section, select the Over Budget selection box will display all over budget requisitions in the grid.
4. Select as many or as few over budget requisitions from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside each requisition or click the check mark at the top of the grid to select all requisitions.
Note: Any requisitions that are selected, but are not over budget their status will not change.
5. Click on the Group Actions drop-down menu and select Clear Over Budget.
6. In the Please confirm clear O/B dialog box, enter a note in the Note field.
Note: Read all Warning! notes before proceeding.
7. Click on the OK button or click on the Cancel button to cancel the clear over budget process.
