How to Use Operation Access Editor
The Operation Access Editor is used to assign required permissions to Groups, Roles, or Users.
Permissions have a multi-level structure:
•Level 1: Module Permissions
•Level 2: Menu Permissions
•Level 3: Security Permissions
•Level 4: Security Permissions
This feature is available in the following screens: Edit Role, Edit User Group and Edit User.
Below is a description of each module, including their submodules and sections. The description breaks down and defines, if selected what each module, sub-module and section of that particular sub-module will provide to the user's permissions within the application.
Use the following steps to modify Operation Access:
1. In the Security Access section, click on the Operation Access drop-down menu to select the Custom option. The Edit Operation Access button becomes available.
