Staffing Process Overview:
The Staffing Module is used, in association with both K212 HRP & the K212 Portal, to implement functionality to facilitate the process of entering and maintaining teacher staffing assignments.
These are designed to be used by Board Human Resources Staff, for setup and maintenance of teacher data, and to manage and control the staffing process.
**Ensure that all employees being staffed have their ESS Staffing Portal Indicators = Y on the Identification, Employee Group Maintenance & Job Class Screens . OPC should also be setup before continuing**

Staffing Process Functionality:
The Staffing module contains:
1. A Staffing Process that is intended to reduce the workload for board staff during periods of peak teacher staffing activity
2. A Staff List that provides a real-time view of the employees at a location with their associated assignments.
Staffing Process K212 Portal Functionality:
• School principals and other administrators can view assignments on the K212 Portal once they have been Published by HR through K212 HRP. See additional details in the Staffing Process Overview guide. The K212 Portal is used to access the Staff List Report, Staffing Process (Full Year) and Staffing Process (Semestered)

3. How to Assign Staffing Categories & Locations by Position
4. How to Add/Modify Full Year Staffing Assignments (Depending on School Board)
5. How to Add/Modify Semestered Staffing Assignments (Depending on School Board)
