Automated Email Notifications Overview
This module is used to add, modify and delete Email Notification Profiles used to automate sending emails to employees and copying email addresses set up for Union Reps and Supervisors (if OPC is used).
Automated Email Notifications Functionality:
• Able to send emails to employees,
• Copy the Union rep (Bill 115 Mandate) in relation to the employee’s use of sick days.
• Copy Supervisor or other contacts Union Code
• Translation Maintenance which provides a translation table allowing boards to identify contact information for Union Rep.
