Setting Up Addresses (Custom Fields/Tables)

To add, edit or delete  addresses choose Students, Custom Fields/Tables, Address Verification. Choose from Countries, Provinces, Cities, Streets and Aliases.

By setting up the tables (i.e. Country, Province etc) you activate this feature and on the students' enrolment tabs there will be a radio button. This features looks through and validates the student's address information. Also it automatically enters the address using the tables set up after you have entered the address to a certain point, e.g., state/province it will automatically be entered in. If you enter a school on Mallard Road in London, ON Canada, as soon as you enter Mallard road, the rest of the address info will be automatically filled in.
