Use the following steps to search for Stock:
1. If applicable, enter the Stock Number.
2. If applicable, in the Include section, select the Deactivated selection box.
3. If applicable, click on the Stock Group drop-down menu to select an option.
4. If applicable, in the Whose section, select any of the following selection boxes: Product Desc, Brand Desc, Catalog Desc, Tendor Vendor, Category, and/or Attibute.
5. If applicable, enter an Advanced Search Value or use the wild card search button.
Note: Refer to Wild Card Search Fields for more information on how to use this feature.
6. Click on the Search button.
7. Select a stock item from the results displayed in the grid, by clicking the corresponding check mark beside the stock #.
8. Click on the Select button.
Note: Click on the Clear All button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values, or click on the Cancel button to cancel the stock search process.
