How to Generate a Stock Product Report
Use the following steps to generate a Stock Product Report:
1. Click on the Business tab, click Stock, and select Stock Product Catalogue.
2. If applicable, in the Sort and Refine Report Criteria section, enter keyword(s) for the following fields: Brand/Category Description, Catalogue Description, and Product Description and if needed, use the wild card search button..
Note: Refer to Wild Card Search Fields for more information on how to use this feature.
3. If applicable, enter a Buyer in the Start and/or End fields.
4. If applicable, enter a Stock Number in the Start and/or End fields or click on the Search icon to search for Stock.

5. If applicable, enter a Vendor Number, the Start and/or End fields, or click on the Search icon to search for a Vendor.

6. If applicable, click on the Stock Group drop-down menu to select an option.
Note: Use the Sorting Priority 1-5 column to enter a number for each field to prioritize the search in that order.
7. If applicable, in the Report Column Selection, Description section, select any of the following selection boxes: Product (selected by default), Catalogue, Brand, and Attribute.
8. If applicable, in the Unit of Measure section, select the Issue Measure or Purchase Measure (selected by default) radio button.
9. In the Price section, select one of the following radio buttons: Issue, Purchase, Tendered (selected by default), or Next Year Price.
10. Click on the Generate Report button or click on the Clear All button to remove all input information and reset the fields to their default values.
11. To download the report in an Excel, PDF or Word file format select the corresponding option and click the Export button.
Note: All exported file types have the Save (Download) or Print options.
Click on the arrows in any column to sort the data. Not all columns will have this option.
12. Click on the Back button to return to the Stock Product Catalogue screen.
